Pick one – my character actually looks “better” in ECE, in my opinion, but if you want to turn him into a follower using Familiar Faces, I recommend using Racemenu. At first I thought it was just an issue with NPC bodies littering the game causing stuttering and crash, but now I think it may be a texture from CBBE as when starting a new character in RaceMenu. You will also need either Racemenu or ECE to use this mod. If the new menu dosn't show up there must be something wrong with its installation. The showracemenu command exists in vanilla skyrim and doen't come from the mod itself. The only mod above that is CRITICAL to my character looking even remotely “right” is Better Males – Younger Faces mixed with Geonox. Console Commands are a debugging tool only available to PC players, adding a wide range of functionality to the game. The 'showracemenu' command only opens up the vanilla Skyrim character creator.
